How fast is the shipment?

Processing takes 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped out. Orders will be sent out as soon as possible via DHL or FedEx, usually it takes about 3-5 days to arrive.

Is this human hair?

Yes, our hair is 100% virgin human hair. Burn test is an easy way to tell human hair with synthetic hair. When burning the human hair will show white smoke, while synthetic hair will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split ends. It’s normal and not a quality problem. To distinguish or judge hair good or bad, many buyers and sellers adopt the different grade(4A-10A) to define hair during the past few years. Our hair is 10A, the best quality.

Will it be shedding and tangling?

A minimum shedding of new hair is absolutely normal when hair experienced sew in, there might be several short pieces aren’t attached to weft, so the first comb or wash, the short pieces will fall out. The wefts are double machine weft to prevent possible shedding. If you cut the weft to adjust the hair installation, please seal the edges of the wefts to avoid shedding. We always suggest customer seal weft before installing and brushing it with wide-tooth comb. Proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.

Hair tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water and not combing（wide tooth comb）out your hair daily. Make sure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week and if possible, twice a week would be better. You may use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for further suggestions.

How many pieces hair for one head?

12’ -14’: 2 bundles; 16’-22’: 3 bundles; 24’-28’: 4 bundles

Bundles for small size heard. If you want a full look, 3-4 bundles will be recommended. 3 bundles combine with a closure or frontal is also a good choice.

How much does each bundle weight?

Each bundle is weighted between 95-100g, about 3.2-3.5oz.

Can the hair be curled, straightened or colored?

Of cause YES, because it’s 100% virgin human hair that is not processed in any way. It can be dyed, straightened, curled and iron-flatted, please do not use hot tools too often or keep the hair on much high temperature for long time, otherwise the hair will become dry, bifurcate, easy broken or losing the luster of the hair just like your own hair. When you dye or bleach your virgin hair, the hair is no longer virgin (it will be chemically processed). We recommend to use good quality hair dye or do the color process by a professional way.

How to wash the wig?

After washing a wig, do not shake it in a towel. Be careful and dry it piece-by piece. This makes sure that strands of fibers don’t fall off. Also, never style your wig while it’s wet. Even those wet-to-style stylers are known to damage wig.

How to care the hair?

High recommended use wide tooth comb in body wave/loose wave/straight hair; use your hand to comb in deep wave hair.

Please treat the hair as your own hair, use good shampoo and conditioner. Conditioning is very important to keep the hair soft and manageable.

Here are some hair care tips:

Use a deep conditioner on virgin hair once or twice a week, avoid using oil or heavy styling products
Wash the hair from the top to the end with little warmer water
Leave conditioner in the hair for a few minutes after washing
Let the hair air-dry instead of blow-dry
Always consult a professional stylist regarding the chemical procedures, like dye, bleach and perm

Does the hair keep pattern well after wash?

Body wave do not act well while other textures all work very well after wash. As the body wave is not a kind of original very wavy hair, it may turn to a natural wavy or natural straight texture.

However, it’s the hottest texture for its softness and extraordinary restyling performance.

How long does it last?

This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your

own hair and take good care of it and it will last longer. Depending on maintenance, hair will could be keeping 1-2 years.
