Free Express Shipping 

We provide free international shipping (except for Remote Area Surcharge) for all hair products.

Processing Time

Standard processing time is 1-2 days. For custom items or items not in stock, the processing time is 2-5 days. Our customer service will confirm with you before shipping.

Express Shipping

Orders will be shipped out via FedEx, DHL or UPS express shipping. The shipping time is usually 3 - 5 business days to US, CA and UK. 

If you need any specific shipping method, please contact us for more details.

PO BOX address is not acceptable for the shipping companies. For military addresses, please contact us for EMS shipping.  

Please make sure your address is correct before shipping. We’re not responsible for package lost with an incorrect address provided. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, improper carrier operation, incomplete addresses, delays in delivery, customs delays, lost or stolen items, undeliverable addresses or incorrect contact information for all shipments.

Customs &Taxes

Orders will be declared as “Synthetic Hair” or “Hair Sample” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes. There may be taxes or duties with a random inspection by your local customs. Customs duties in the recipient's country/region are the customer's responsibility. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding customs policies.
